当院の診療は日本語で行っております。
Medical care at our clinic is provided in Japanese.

そのため、日本語での会話が難しい方には、医療安全と正確な意思疎通のため、日本語に十分堪能なご家族、または医療通訳として適切に対応できる通訳者の方とご一緒にご来院いただくようお願いしております。
If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, we ask that you come to the clinic with a family member who is sufficiently fluent in Japanese or with an interpreter who is able to provide appropriate medical interpretation, in order to ensure medical safety and accurate communication.

なお、診療内容を正確にお伝えし、また患者さまの個人情報を適切に保護する観点から、十分な日本語力を有しないご友人・ご知人などによる通訳はお受けしておりません。
Please note that, in order to ensure accurate communication regarding medical care and to protect patients’ personal information, we do not accept interpretation by friends, acquaintances, or others who do not have sufficient Japanese proficiency.

十分な意思疎通が確保できない場合には、安全な診療を行うことが難しいため、受診日の調整をお願いする場合や、他の医療機関での受診をご案内する場合がございます。
If adequate communication cannot be ensured, it may be difficult for us to provide safe medical care. In such cases, we may ask you to reschedule your visit or seek care at another medical institution.
